In the app
- Help — answers to the questions we are asked most. Profile → Help, or from the Home screen.
- Message us — opens a support conversation with us from inside your account, so we can already see which account we are helping.
Email support@shortcutssoftware.com. Use this if you cannot sign in, cannot open the app, or would simply rather not use it.
It helps if you include the email address on your Strand account, and — if you are writing about an appointment or an order — the date and the stylist, or the order number. We will never ask you for your card number, and you should never send it to us.
Reporting content or behaviour
Everywhere another person's content appears in the app — messages, profiles, portfolio images, images shared by customers and reviews — carries a way to report it, and you can block anyone from their profile or from your conversation with them. Every report is reviewed.
If you do not have an account, or you would rather not report from inside the app, email support@shortcutssoftware.com and tell us what you found and where.
Your data
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it erased, take it elsewhere, or object to how we use it. Email support@shortcutssoftware.com and we will respond within one month.
To close your account, see Delete your account — you can do it in the app, or ask us to. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Appointments, payments and payouts
- Cancellation and refund terms are set by each stylist and shown to you before you book. We apply the terms that were agreed at the time; we do not set them.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, email us and we will look into it.
- Money owed to stylists is paid out on a settlement schedule. It cannot be released on demand, including by us.
Shop orders
Products bought in the app are dispatched by our supplier. If an order arrives damaged, late, or is not what you ordered, email us with the order number. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in the Terms of Service.
